Best Free apps to annotate on PDF

Gbuch, how do I setup the S pen options on EzPDF ?
I can't seem to find any settings for the Spen buttons.

First choose the pen with an "S" written inside:

Then click on the new pen that appears. For some reason they kept the same item as the other new pen they added, which has a question mark (?) inside:

Thanks for that Gbuch, would be helpful if they updated the user manual.

A little late, but this is still the first hit in Google
In my opinion, there is only one professional PDF editor: Xodo. It edits PDF natively, has a very nice clean interface, and has collaborative tools. It interfaces nicely with the S-pen, too!
For non-PDF I recommend OneNote, which works well on the Samsung ATIV tables as well as GN3.
