I bought the case below and its fine. Just fine. Most times I go without it because any case takes away some of the V30s slim and lightweight feel.

Best minimal case yet.. Soft touch, no coverage on top and bottom.. Similar to the bear motion without the sandy texture.. Overall edges smoother also.

Looks nice, I'd trade the Bear Motion logo for the V30 logo any day. I kind of like the sandy texture on the Bear motion case though.

As far as minimal goes, this is it. Barely any raised lip above the screen and it pretty much retains the shape and thinness of the phone. Not alot of protection, but it does cover the top and bottom. Corners have the cutaway shock absorption. It's pretty much exactly like the Ringke Slim (not being made for the V30) but maybe even more minimal. It has that soft powder feel.

I have the same. Love the minimalist bear motion cases. They add grip and texture and leave the top and bottom exposed. I imagine they don't offer much in the way of drop protection but for scratch and protection and "in hand feel" without ruining aesthetic of a beautiful phone, they are it.

I am waiting for my skin to come in and I always go naked with skin.

my spigen case for my g6 had a more pronounced lip protecting the screen which made me feel more secure. i'm guessing the curved screen is the reason this one seems less protected. nonetheless, i put a screen protector on it and with the exception of the dust collecting in the gap, i'm happy overall. i'll see what other screen protectors others are using and maybe a better solution will arise.

I got one of these based on this thread. The blue/silver looks good. I like the texture.

I purchased the Ringke Fusion clear case and I do not really care for it. Did not realize that it has flaps over power button and headphone jack. I also got the Bear Motion case and love it. Got the gray one and will also get the blue and black. I ordered another clear case, the Cubevit Ultra-thin case from Amazon. Like it much better than the Ringke.

May switch to my Ringke this weekend. Don't mind the flaps all that much.

Put on my Ringke Clear Fusion last night, and so far...meh. The fit is just ok, as it has some give and isn't as snug in the lower left corner and bottom lip. Also the bumpers aren't as pronounced at they were on the Neo Hybrid, so putting the phone face down isn't as simple a decision.

I didn't bother putting on the back film, and the 'rainbow effect' isn't bad outside of two spots. Doesn't bug me.

I have to admit, I like the grippy feel. A lot better than my Neo Hybrid case, which slipped out of my hand a couple times (on the bed and couch, thankfully). That may be reason enough to ride with this. Though I am definitely writing Ringke about the lack of a snug fit all around.

I got the matte black. Looks great. I also got another brand that turned out to be pretty much exactly the same case. It's midnight blue or something like that. Love it and it's my daily driver at the moment.
