Best phone for under $200

What's the best Android phone under $200(cheaper the better). Need a front camera(for Skype).
There is so many Chinese phones on Deal Extreme etc I've looked at, not sure what's best for the price range.

Anything better than this? Is it a good phone? GPS truly works?

Not sure if it can be unlocked but aio moto g is $100.
