Best place for free wallpapers

I was wondering what you all use for free wallpapers and free themes, I'm tired of paying for ones that I use for a short time before wanting to change to something else (mainly themese).

Also is there a good app that I can use to edit photos to fit the screen better so they don't look stretched or squished?

Samsung theme store has free ones also Zedge and backdrop wallpaper

Zedge is the one I've used for years.

pexels.com is great, but I don't know if there's an app.

I use the GoodFon app. It shows as "GF Wallpapers" in the Play Store.
