Best place to sell used phones

Definitely Swappa over Craig's List, even in midtown Manhattan. (Especially in midtown Manhattan, where you can buy a "gold" Rolleks watch for only $50.) There's what I call the Craig's List Scam - the seller ships you the phone, almost new, for a pretty great price. Then, after a few days, he reports it stolen, uses some of the money you gave him to pay the insurance copay and gets a new phone. And the one you have is blacklisted. Craig's List has that reputation, Swappa has the opposite reputation. The "deep gouge" on the back of the phone, that shows so clearly in the pictures, may be a barely visible hairline mark unless you get the light just right - which Swappa sellers do. You can't complain if the phone looks much better than it did in the pictures.
