Best thin case for Galaxy Note 4?

Honestly, up until this case I would have had to fully agree with you. Thin cases, in my opinion, offered nothing more than scratch resistance and perhaps some customization functionality. Thats it. However, this case (the one in my pics a few comments up), I have some confidence in. Never thought I would say it. We will see what happens first time I drop it - its not a matter of if but when.

I use the tmobile tech 21 case on my Verizon note 4. I know the holes on the bottom don't line up but no one has a problem hearing me and say the call is crystal clear. Super thin tough case and feels nice. I would definitely recommend it.

I definitely prefer the thin cases, though I always have a tougher case for certain situations. The case I had on my Note 2 only offered minimal protection, but I don't drop my phone. Never had to replace a phone due to drops or water damage, and I like my slim phone to remain slim.

Looks slick. Defeats one of the main purposes of a case for me; grip when pulling it out of my pocket. And I've never been much of a fan of clear phone cases. They look kinda cheap to me. Post pics when you get it though. If they don't look cheap, I'd love to check it out.

I agree with the fact that 2-peice clear cases can look kind of cheap. But ya I'll throw up a few pics when I get it on.

I have two cases for my Verizon Note 4, both Spigen.

Ultra Hybrid - Clear, looks great with a white Note 4. Seems to protect well enough (have dropped it on a table, not a floor). Only $10.99 at Amazon and at that price point it is an excellent case.

Slim Armor - Got this for the kickstand, which works very well. A little more slippery than the Ultra Hybrid. If it didn't have the kickstand, I would stick with the Ultra Hybrid as my primary case.

Re: Best thin case?

Ringke Fusion Clear for the Note 4 is my pick. Shows off the Note 4 quite nicely, is thin, and has port covers for the headphone and charger slots. Picked it up from Amazon for 9.99 although it seems like the price has dropped on Ringke's website directly.
That's the case I use! Love it! It's very thin but has the bumpers in all the right spots.... plus it allows you to see the beauty of the Note 4 without the bulk.

Just got the Spigen Neo Hybrid today. It's not ultra-thin but it's not bulky by any means and the quality is just really impressive.

That's what I went with...it's barely noticeable. At one point I thought it was defective, lol...I didn't know there was a thin protective cover which started to bubble up. I was ready to send it back until my daughter told me to just peel it off!

I have this case and I really like it. I also have the spigen neo hybrid and it's way to bulky for me.

Does anybody know if Spigen is going to make a Note 4 hard flip case. I had one on my G4 and it was the best case I've ever used.

Does this case cause scratches anywhere? especially on the metal?

Thanks
No I have this case in Gun Metal. Separate the Bumper and The TPU 1st. Put phone in TPU, then put the bumper on. I have no scratches at all on mine. I seen people scratch theirs because they do not take their time putting it in the case. Just force it in the case with out separating it. I have an back up battery so I swap it out a lot. No scratches at all..

Re: Best thin case?

Is the case slick in your hand or rubberized?

I have a similar one to this and the sides are tpu rubbery but the back is plastic. Very good feel in my opinion.
