I personally am going to wait until the winter, because mobile devices are usually heavily discounted during the fall and winter.

Usually the discount is for carrier phones though. haven't been a ton of sales on unlocked full price devices. Hopefully now that there are more devices will we see more sales on full price of the device.

Pre ordered from B&H Photo. $399 no tax, expedited shipping, $50 gift card, and Garmin Vivofit 3 fitness band. Thought about ordering from Honor and saving $50, but with taxes on HiHonor it was worth the extra $16 to get the extras from B&H.

Whoa, I didn't know about the tax. I'm wondering if it is prediscount taxed or taxed after discount, I bet it's probably the former. If so, in my case, it makes a $23 difference. The fact that you can choose anything else for the third thing does make me consider B&H again as a possibility.

Whoops, my mistake. I didn't click on the actual listing. Sorry for incorrect information :/ When you search honor 8, it says your choice of additional free items and I thought that was what it really meant.

Ahh, yeah I don't know about the activity tracker either. I would probably never use that.

I wouldn't ever take that out of the box
Makes a nice parting gift for somebody else though.
At least the clear TPU is included also.

B&H usually gives better stuff away with the phones they're pushing.
$100.00 gift card would be awesome!
