Best way to export contacts from old "non smart" to new android smartphone

My mother had an old Nokia phone, not a smartphone
She should now copy all of her contacts on the new smartphone
Is there any way to mass import especially contacts and numbers and possibly everything? SMS messages, pictures, etc.

Thanks, I don't know how many contacts she has, but for sure 250 numbers helps a lot already

It's important to know the exact model number of the old Nokia phone, because contact exporting procedures might be different depending on the model.

Also, the one thing to remember about boydrawen's steps is that the SIM card in the old Nokia phone is almost certainly an older (and therefore bigger) mini-SIM card.
