Best way to place toggles in notificaiton area?

So having come from other, non Nexus phones I was used to having toggles in the pull down notification menu. I was wondering if anyone else is like me and misses these, what have you used to get them on the GN? I'm using widgetsoid right now, it seems to work ok, wish I could permanently place them rather than having them move around whenever I get another notification.

Hope this hasn't already been discussed, I searched and didn't find much.

The best way to do what you want is to install a custom ROM with them included.

I'm using this one but it also moves around.
