Ours stuck on pre ordered are 2 Black s10+ and one Prism White 10+. The black s10 switched to Preparing. We all were going to pick it up. I didn't do shipping because the only time. I've pre-ordered is iPhone and they used to hold shipments until release. So I thought pickup was safer ughhh

^ mine says the same thing.. order status says in progress preparing for pickup on friday on the bottom... they did say when i pre order that they would email me on thursday my phone would be ready for pickup on friday...the cancel button is greyed out hopefully thats a good sign i will get it on friday... do you know when samsung.com will stop doing the 130 credit for the headphones? If its only a pre order deal and only lasts until 3/7 before release day i may buy the phone from them if i dont hear anything from bestbuy... i dont need the phone right away but i dont want to miss out on the headphone deal either
I've seen on other threads that the egift card is good til like September so it's most likely what we all will get and then have to sit and wait for them to restock the buds and then order them with thr gift card

I preordered mine instore and they never asked me for my rewards info so I guess I can't see a status online. Unless the online preorders are shipped from the BB warehouse and some are shipped to the stores, hoping to get mine on Friday as I was the 1st pre order when they opened.
If you go to best buys website you cans each your confirmation number as a guest and then once you find it you can move it to your rewards account and track it!

If I get the gift card I'll probably skip the ear buds and order the samsung dual wireless charging for the phone and galaxy watch
Same here but I'm not expecting anything until possibly Thursday night we'll receive an email.
Has anyone called their store asking if they are allowing an early release?

For some reason when I search as a guest, put in the order number, last name and phone number it still doesn't pull up. May be phone number is not correct when they placed the order or something.

same thing happen to me... the phone number was wrong... for some reason it has my old house number tied to my account... you can get this information if you call bestbuy thats how i found out...once you check your order online you can tie it into your account like someone else on here said

Well I just called my store and he said no early release He said they only did that once and he thinks it was for the S7. But he did say the black and white ones were in and asked what color I ordered and when I told him the Flamingo he said oh that's a popular color you may not get it on Friday. :-( On Samsung it's one of the get by 3/15 dates so I probably won't get it Friday. I have 2 cases coming today though 
He said whatever got pre-ordered gets sent to Samsung and that whatever they get in is held for people and they can't sell then to the public unless someone doesn't pick theirs up and that usually people can walk in and by on release day but with this phone he doesn't think they will get many extras cause it's so popular.
