BestBuy S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

For some reason when I search as a guest, put in the order number, last name and phone number it still doesn't pull up. May be phone number is not correct when they placed the order or something.

I get the same damn thing, makes me worried now.

Edit, just got of the phone and they see it on their end so I guess I'm good for Friday.

Yeah I stopped by best buy as well and when they looked up the order it didn't have any phone number associated with the order just my email.
May be mine is unlocked device and the guy who initially placed the order didn't do it properly even though they did via my elite membership. Anyway the order is still there but I'm little worried they are going to screw up.

Did they tell you when you were going to get it? When did you preorder?

The guy was clueless, he was like you will get an email when it's ready. I told him release date is 8th and can I book an appointment now itself but he said they will start calling people tomorrow for scheduling time. I'm going to stop by tomorrow during lunch and try to see if I can book a time. They don't even have my phone number on the order so don't what to be waiting for them to call.

Now it says my phone has shipped (ordered 22nd--s10+, prism white, 128gb, unlocked, verizon activated) though when I follow the tracking number it shows label created and ready for UPS. But it says it will deliver tomorrow so I hope it will. Either way, I'm off Friday so even then, I'll be happy

I pre-ordered from a BB store 3 days ago and I can see my order status on the website. And it even let me connect that order with my BB account so I can log in and see the status of my order. My status changed today from "Preorder" to "Preparing for pickup on Friday" and my cancel button is now grayed out.

If you don't have a pre order you can walk in on release day and check if they have stock or you can go to your best buy store and check if they have any more release day stock left so that you can pre order.

I did a pre order in store but they didn't say anything about calling to schedule an appointment for pick up. I'll have to call em and see if that's the case. I just planned on showing up a few minutes before opening and walking in so good to know if this is the case needing an appointment

Oh yeah then they are supposed to email or call you tomorrow to set up the appointment. If you don't hear anything from them just stop by tomorrow evening and check on it.

Mine just says in process , preorder , pick up Friday. I paid in cash for an unlocked model. Haven’t gotten any sort of email or phone call ... didn’t know that was a thing ?

Best Buy’s website had all the unlocked models besides pink still available for pick up Friday last night. Checked today and they are all pushed back to at least the 15th. I ordered mine last Friday. If I don’t have it Friday I feel sorry for whoever is working lolol

So does that mean if I ordered an unlocked S10 plus in store Flamingo Pink on 2/22 I won't get mine Friday? :-( The store told me today they only had black and white as of right now.

Ugh, mine still says pre-ordered for pick up Friday. I got the 1TB Ceramic White from VZW, paid outright. I hope it comes Friday.

My store got theirs in but only the back and white and can't release them till release day they said. He said Flamingo was popular and it may be back ordered. I originally was going to do white like my husband and changed my mind when I cancelled from Samsung and went to Best Buy.

But his is expected by the 15th from Samsung and we leave for out of town on the 19th so I need it by then. And if it's not here Friday then that will give me time to empty my card and transfer pics and video to pc also that are on the phone since my card got full. I haven't done it yet.

I'm on Verizon. I pre-ordered the Black Ceramic 500Gb for delivery, not pickup. 1 day shipping, as the depot they were coming from was only a couple hours away.

One more day to go for us pick up folks. I'm tired seeing all the unboxing posts and already people claiming their buds

Damn if it wasn't for the trade in at store and be done with it, I would have done online order delivery to home as well. I know not a big deal but next time I'm going to back ordering online and ok with shipping in the trade in phone. Waiting is not for me even if it's just one or two days difference
