i must have been lucky the support guy i chatted with didn't asked for any pics and i didnt take any but next time i will for sure he was very nice and dropped the chargeback fee for me and before i got off chat with him i also got the email We are happy to inform you that there will not be any chargeback related to your trade-in order . No further action is needed at this point.

Mine arrived in Texas (T-Mobile trade-in) and nothing so far. I have only ever traded one device in with T-Mobile so I am hoping for better results than what people sending things into Samsung are getting.

My return label says Texas, My email today said by the 27th my text yesterday said within 3 days. I hope we're ok on ours.

My advice when you get the cracked screen email is to stay calm, contact the e-commerce team via chat and they should take care of things for you.

Check your FedEx account for the return address. There is a possibility the Texas facility doesn't process trade-in properly.

I received the email today that my s22 ultra had a cracked screen. I immediately called them and said there is no way, I shipped it back in the original S22 ultra box with air cushions. They looked and said oh it says here everything is ok no damage so they fixed it for me

Ah man, I hope they don't pull this crap with me. I traded in an S21 Ultra. I didn't think to take a video prior to packing it up but it is in good condition with no cracks and works perfectly well. It's supposed to arrive at the Samsung facility on Monday. If they screw me over, I will never buy another Samsung product again. This S23U is my 10th Samsung phone and I've also had 3 watches. Sounds like they are being shady and trying to say screens are cracked.

Mine shipped to TN. So that's good I guess. I understand I'm being a bit over reactive but this kind of thing irks me to no end. I hate hearing about people getting screwed over.

My husband's TMobile trade in processed with zero issues. My Samsung trade in made it to Tennessee yesterday so ??????. Hopefully no hassles - I forgot to take pictures but my phone looked brand new when I popped off the WSD screen protector and took off the case. Wiped it down and shipped back in original box using the same shipping materials my new phone came with.
