Big Problem - Note 9 Pie , Multiple Notification Sounds while dialing and picking up calls :(

Hi all, please help.

Every time I call someone, or someone calls me ( for the first time after reset ) I get a flood of multiple notification sounds while dailing or just after picking up the phone.

I call a lot, so it makes my phone very anoying.
