Idk how I got it it just showed up when I checked online. Maybe it is just an online thing? Because everytime I check all the phones are $50 lower when I sign into my vzw account.
I'll be letting the masses barnstorm the phone and walk in after the first OTA and price drop.
I'm starting to get antsy now. First the Holiday talk, now the Bionic is soon to be a reality. I don't know if I'd got for a $299 price tag, though. I'm on AT&T now, and the cost of getting the Holiday off contract would work out about the same as if I was to switch to Verizon (thanks to the ETF). But if the Bionic comes in at $299, I think I might just hold out for the Holiday.
Most likely it will bbe 299 so stick with the holiday which is just a rumor now.
Holiday will be a beast. 4.5" screen and a GIG of RAM makes for a great piece of hardware. You wont have to deal with CrapTop neither

This could be a corporate discount if they have a corporate account. I have the discount, buts its because i have a corporate account.
I have it and I'm not a corporate account but I do get a discount through my work but it just started showing up a little while back the 50 discount.
this is true if history repeats itself. Maybe one day HTC will get it right in regards to battery life. Guess once the Holiday is released we will find out. It is a mean little machine though.
And unlimited data grandfathering may be over by then. The longer you wait, the more of a risk you're taking.
I believe the discount depends on when you upgraded last. I know VW customers either have a NE2 discount of either $50 or $30. I only have the $30 discount waiting for me =[
Your plan if I recall right. I was on a 550 Anytime loyalty plan and only have a $30 NE2. I changed to the 1400 Anytime a month ago but the guy told me that because a good portion of my contract was on the 550 I only get the $30 and not get bumped to the $50.
Sorry. That's actually what I meant. I don't have a corporate account, I have an account with a corporate discount. I noticed the discount when the TBolt came out. I have never noticed it before (I don't believe that I had a discount before even though I've been on the same account for years).
Right. I know for me, I have both a NE2 discount of $50 and a corporate discount of $50. So I should be able to get the Bionic for $199 at release if it launches at $299. They're two separate discounts.
I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty sweet. My wife and I both had upgrades available since last August. But, she was the primary line, so she had the NE2 discount. Back in May, she got a Fascinate from Costco in a really sweet deal. Although for this, I had Costco use my upgrade for it. That way we kept the NE2 discount available and now I can use her upgrade (and discount) for when I upgrade.
