Just hit HOFO from link a page back. No issues. That thread only goes to 42, about 10 posts after wnrussell commented. Not really blowing up. Last post was like an hour ago or more.
Do we know for sure no 4G? Either way, people hear "new iPhone" and they become fruit zombies.
pretty sure they are going with 2nd Gen LTE radio because of design constrictions with 1st gen LTE radio.
Seems they would have had to conform to a certain form factor that they were not willing to compromise. More than likely thickness and screen size (speculation)

Order of importance IMO:
1. Release date.
2. Android version (if it releases with froyo i'm gonna flip out).
3. Price- VZW's been inching their prices higher and higher while their competitors typically hold the line at around $200. If bionic has a $350 price tag, I'll pass. At $300 I'd have to think about it.

Oxn - I don't believe I ever explicitly doubted you but merely questioned the credibility since I noticed you had a low post count. With that said, thank you for posting the information. This thing sounds pretty impressive - would love to see a pic next.

Well, in Sanjay's presentation today he did reference price points with regards to smart phones in general. He first talked about the past as in two price points $100 mid range and $199 high end. But then said another sort of "elite" was emerging and that the mid range was going down a bit, but the elite was around $249. That's the best of my recollection, but you could go to Mot's site and check out the archive from today's tech conference.
Or someone else who listened could confirm or clarify.
