Black dot at the corner of the screen

After finished the intial setting of phone, a black dot appears at the corner of the screen. It hasn't been there yet before the setting.
Although it does't affect any funtion in the phone, it makes me feel bad to have an black dot at the screen.
If I don't want to reset the phone again, what else could I do to remove the black dot?

same as i stated in XDA thread; thats weird weird weird. sadly try a factory reset first; if you report it to samsung they will offer to check/replace it, which means week or two no phone, and factory reset when it returns.

i know it sucks, but try a factory reset.

Just a hunch.....try changing your wall paper.
