So AT&T still doesn't have it.. Can someone confirm that Best Buy doesn't have a restocking fee? I absolutely HAVE to buy this phone today sinc eI won't have a device but I really want it in black.

There is a restocking fee but I can't remember how much. If you must have Black and you must have it now 35 bucks isn't much.

Sprint is the only carrier I know selling them in black on their website.

I got my black one. Sprint(online anyway) has them in Black and Best Buy should have them in black as well.

The three near me do not. At least, for AT&T. The Black Display one just disappeared too..
