Black Screen

Anyone else having trouble with an unresponsive black screen, specifically when going in or out of range of your wifi or switching between lte and wifi?

I've had the rough hand off between lte/3G/WiFi but not a black screen. Hmm....

Thanks for your response. I figured it out after a factory reset, unfortunately. It was an app called Perch (home security app) causing the problem. After a few days of running perfect the problem returned after I reinstalled it... went away when I uninstalled.

Well glad you figured it out! There are still some devs that have some rogue apps out there still.
