Block Wont Work!

I have a LG Vortex that was flashed to Cricket and has android 2.2. I used to be able to use the call block apps but now NONE of them work .tried 20 of them. what do i need to change.Many times is says blocked and call comes thru and on another program i see it picks line up and not block.What may be wrong?
