Agree. Great to hear the positive responses. Mine is coming Tuesday so I have a few more days with my Note 7...
Feels like I'm breaking up with a beautiful girl who has an explosive personality and then starting to date the new girl who maybe isn't quite as pretty but everyone is saying is great...
EXACTLY!!!! The Note 7 is absolutely the best most beautiful phone I have ever had. My V20 is on the FedEx truck as I type and will be delivered today. Then I must surrender my beloved Note 7 in a flame proof box. Although I have had no trouble with it (hasn't even gotten very warm with hours of use) . . I am left with no choice.
If anyone knows of a fine point stylus that they are sure will work with the V20 . . let me know.
I've been a Note user from the start. The Note 7 was (is) by far the best phone I have ever had. I bought 3 different cases for it . . which are now worthless. Not to mention the wireless chargers I have spread out from my house to my office that are now paper weights.
My V20 will be here today. Sadly, seemed like the best choice. We shall see.
The waterproofing only matters to me because I'm a runner.... Which means run rain or shine when in training. It was great to not worry about that Note 7 on my arm during downpours. I ruined a Note 5 during a surprise thunderstorm about 10 months ago.

The key word is "explosive." LOL
Wow, I have to ask, why did you not like your G3? I bought it on release day (still using it today) and it has been the best android phone I have had. It has been flawless for me and I love the LG UI having come from the Galaxy phones previously.
Well I went from a Note 4 to the V10 and loved my experience....until the bootloop. I was not pleased with the changes they made with the Note 5. Then the Note 7 came out and it was a no brainer. I have no problem coming back to LG but I was forced in this instance. I think I'll be happy with the V20. I had planned to keep the Note 7 for at least 18 months (ideally two years) and I'm hoping to do the same with the V20. I got home just in time to meet the delivery guy. A signature was required. I would have been highly upset had I missed him and had to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. It's charging up right now!

Maybe I got a lemon but between the lagging and terrible life. I just couldn't get into it.

I had wireless charging way back when I had the Palm Pre.. I liked it for a time, but I don't know.. I don't miss it. I know it's gotten a lot better since then though. Also LG's software is much more lightweight than Samsung's

I've done so too. The V20 has a nice 'heft' to it even as it is lighter than the V10. The speaker produces some fine, listenable sound(s); my observation on the basis of watching several music videos on YouTube. I ordered two spare batteries/chargers off of eBay and a shell holster from Amazon so I can carry the V20 on my hip if the pocket option isn't feasible. Best wishes to you and your new phone.

I'VE had the note 3 and have the 4 right now and I'm going to get the V20
I have those two as well. Getting the Note 3 at Christmas 2013 was an eye-opener; great device!. It was also the first time I installed a tempered glass screen protector on a smartphone. It's quite sad how the Note 7 situation ended. I'm stating that as though it's ancient history and even as I look at the Note7 box waiting to be shipped-back. I bought a V10 last year when Samsung sold their Note 5 without a micro SD slot and was quite happy with the V10 which I still think of as 'quirky yet powerful'.

Not gonna lie to ya (and couldn't really tell ya WHY) but i was so relieved to see the title "Blown Away" was referring to the LG V20 and NOT the Google Pixel (grrrr!)...
The LG V20 is a beautifully designed, very innovative and priced right offering, whereas The Pixel (in my opinion) has nothing that screams out at me as a "must have" and quite frankly, as usual Google's offerings have really done NOTHING for me but manage to "**** me off"...lol
If i wasn't STILL so in love & STILL enjoying my S6 Edge Plus WITH Samsung Pay, LG V20 would easily be mine! mine! mine!
