BLU Vivio XL Screen and touch no longer functioning

Hello all,
Recently I ordered the BLU VIVO XL (Blue version) from Amazon. Honestly, after comparing all the budget models out there I was highly satisfied with my decision to purchase this phone. Well, yesterday all was well until the screen refused to illuminate and respond to my touches. Like the graphics card just stopped working. The screen is totally dead, however, the phone will turn on and it will connect to Bluetooth, and I was able to make calls through my trucks Bluetooth connection. Obviously on the screen panel of the truck. So after getting home I decided to mess around more with it, and the end result was the phone let out two different tones then shut off. I have no way of knowing what was happening because the screen is still dead. There isn't much info out there yet about the XL's so, rather than fuss about it all, I called Amazon and ordered the Vivo 5. The XL which I still wanted was 1-2 months wait before shipping, and the 5 is 1-3 weeks before shipping. They did pay for overnight but seems I'm going to still have to wait. Very disappointed. But does anyone have any info that may be useful in regards to the XL problem I'm experiencing?

You might need to contact Blu to get a replacement or send it back to Amazon for a refund.
