Blu Vivo XL Application Error Message

[AC Question]

In the last week, I've been receiving message that my phone's internal memory is extremely low. When I choose "free space", it shows my internal storage as 15.97 gb of 16.00 gb and my sd card has 228 mb of 29.37 gb used.

I've tried to move things to the sd card, but it doesn't let it do it.

How do I fix this?
