Blue tooth problem connecting Galaxy S3 running 4.1.2. to Audi MMI

Bluetooth connection drops almost every time a call is initiated. It will connect properly and will dial but when call is on and Audio is on, it will either drop completely or switch to phone. I have to swith to headphone or loudspeaker and back to re connect.
