I want to add a customized sound. In the Bluemail help it says:

"If you love the older notification sound and would like to continue using it, simply download it to your device.
Next, place the sound file into your “Notifications” folder using the file manager."

I tried to search my Adroid, but can't find a folder called "notifications" I'm not that clever with mobiles, but am a PC guy really.
I thought if I could find the folder, I might be able to add my own sound file (not sure what format is used yet)

I have an i-mobile IQ 5.7 Android version: 4.3.

Hi Wallet7!

This varies between devices but usually is similar to:

/storage/emulated/0/notifications/

/storage/sdcard0/Notifications/

/storage/emulated/0/media/audio/notifications/

Finally in BlueMail, tap More (o o o) | Notifications | Sound|Vibrate|LED | Incoming Sound | Custom Incoming Sound.

We hope that answers everything! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@bluemail.me
