Although it is possible to add MP3's to the Ringtone Folder by USB, These don't show up in the ringtone list in settings, if you move them to the Music folder that option says no music still.

There are lots of options and when you download, it will go straight to you phones settings as long as you enable. I don't typically keep the app after either. I'll uninstall afterwards.
