Bluetooth and WiFi wont enable

[Android Central Question]

I cant use my WiFi and Bluetooth it just keep searching... In the settings it says it's disabled but when I wanted to enable it the button is gray... How can I make my WiFi work again?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this persist after a reboot, or in Safe Mode?
