Bluetooth Connection List

Hi. So my pixel 7 seems to be removing my car bluetooth connection everytime i turn bluetooth on and off or i restart the phone. It would be there on the list of devices it has connected to but when i turn it off and on it'll be gone. It seems to be doing it to only that device. I've never encountered anything like it. I had the pixel 6 and never had this problem. My vehicle is a 2015 Honda CR-V if that helps. Might someone shed any light or encountered the same oddity? Thanks.

Did you delete your old devices?

Also, have you tried forgetting the car from the phone's Bluetooth list, and then re-pairing it?

Yes I ended up doing that to see if it would make a difference. It didn't.

Yea, that's what I have to do everytime.

Hmm. Try the "Reset Wi-fi, mobile, & Bluetooth" option in Settings>System>Reset Options​.

I will try that, thanks. That's one thing I haven't tried.

Does using a sim card from a previous phone have any effect on signal and such? When I tried to activate it, it wouldn't so I just took out the sim from my old iphone and put it in this. Seems to be working, but I don't know if it's working as well as it should/could had i used the sim that was in it (had it activated).

Do you mean would the SIM affect the Bluetooth signal? I don't think so.
