Hi,

I recently installed a dashcam in my car, and this created a new problem. When I enable hotspot for my dash cam to connect to my phone, my Bluetooth disconnects and reconnects to my car very frequently. This interupts listening to music or having conversations on the phone.

Seems there is a bug with the 'Extend Compatibility' option for the hotspot. If I toggle that to OFF, the disconnects go away, but problem is then my camera will not connect. I need that enabled to support the 2.4GHz band for the dash cam.

I am running Bluetooth AVRCP Version 1.3, this was required to resolve another bug I experienced connecting my Pixel 5 to my 2015 Honda Civic.
(- Settings > About Phone > tap Build number 7x. This enables developer options
- Settings > System > Advanced > Developer Options > Bluetooth AVRCP Version 1.3
- Toggle bluetooth, restart phone)

Any ideas or suggestions how to resolve this bug?

Thanks,
Matt
