Bluetooth earbud recommendation

So, back to the OP. Did you ever make a decision on this and if so which headset did you go with? Why, and are you happy with your choice?

I got the JayBird BlueBuds X. This was my review of them on Amazon (I gave the 5 stars):

I have both Shure E3 earbuds and Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones but I wanted a set of Bluetooth earbuds to eliminate the wire while moving around the house. I bought these after reading through a lot of reviews and while I was concerned about fit and audio quality I was very pleasantly surprised after pairing these with my Galaxy Note 4. These are great in both fit and audio quality, really only a small notch below my significantly more expensive Bose & Shure units. I've listened to rock and classical music and used them for movies (on phone and tablets) - just great in all cases. For music, I use PowerAmp so I can adjust the tone to my liking. Proper fit with the eartips and cushions is critical and I didn't have a problem finding a pairing (medium tips + smallest cushions) that worked for me, being both comfortable and snug. I am really happy with these.

I have the Powerbeats 2 and like them. They do not block all noise as they were designed that way. Can come in handy if you run on streets/roads. It allows you to hear car horns, etc... They are very comfortable and I can wear them for long periods of time. They last about 6 hours; of course that depends on what volume level you use. I usually have the phone volume maxed and then adjust the earbud volume separate of that. I don't use the stock player as I use Google Play. I find that they work very well in the gym and they are very sturdy no matter what activity I am doing. I don't have to worry about having this big thing on my head. I like the ear hooks as the ear buds stay secure and in place. Yes, they are pricy, but for the convenience, security, and ease of use, I recommend them.

I use the Samsung Gear Circle--they give some extra functionality with Samsung phones, and use touch controls. They are not in the league with high-end headphones for music playback, but the Gear app has a sound modifier function that helps you adjust for the type of music you listen to. They are great for phone calls and reading notifications. Price isn't bad, I think I got mine for $69 when they first came out.

I'm looking for suggestions on Bluetooth earbuds.

To give you an idea of what I am looking for: I have been content with the stock earbuds for my needs: phone calls, podcasts and music.

I'm a Gen X'er beginning to reap the rewards of a lifetime of listening to loud music and loud headphones. ie I am not looking for the most amazing sound. It would be a waste of time and money for my ears these days.

I'm looking for "good enough" audio quality for calls. I am more concerned with charge life and durability.

I'm starting to read reviews now, so I am completely open to suggestions.

Here are two I found at best buy this morning. I'm considering them, but definitely open to other suggestions.

Hands down gear circle. I've had every high end BT earbud, and the circle rules the school.

May The note 4's be with you

I used Blue Parrot 250 xt for calls but I'm a truck driver and then I use bose ear buds for music

just got the LG HBS 750's and like them except I can't get them to announce the caller ID when I get incoming calls. Am I missing some setting, or do I need to download something else? Please don't tell me this is yet another downside of the stupid lollipop crap.

Just be aware of the 'audio skip' with the Note 4 when using Bluetooth ... I am loving my Samsung Circle, but the frequent audio skip is annoying ....
