Bluetooth GPS Pairing/Connecting/Sats

Just remembered I had an old bluetooth gps(holux gpslim 240) lying around from my treo 650 and thought I'd give it a shot with the android/touchpad. I'm running the second version of android (not the most recent 3rd) and am having some difficulty. Downloaded Bluetooth GPS and it shows the date/time on the screen, but will not lock onto any sats. Not sure what it is, anyone else get this to work with a bt gps?
