I bought the Motorola H730 because when I searched newegg's sight for A2DP headsets it said it was but I can not hear music from it only phone calls to work. Has anyone used this for listening to music that can help me set it up or say for sure that it is A2DP capable.

If this one is not can you suggest a good one for around $50.

thanks

Jack

I don't see A2DP in the official spec list. $50 is a bit on the low side for a new A2DP from a well-known brand, personally I'd go an extra $25-50 to get a good Plantronics or Jabra but googling A2DP headset or A2DP mono headset comes up with plenty of results.

Before doing that, you can try BTMono or any of the similar apps. Apparently they have trouble on Motorola devices, but it's worth a shot.

Thanks all for the replies. I will be sending this one back to newegg monday. Then getting the Motorola MotoROKR S9-HD Bluetooth Stereo Headset to tryout. They look nice, I had started to get them the first time around but got the H730 instead.

Just a note to Newage and Terpitud71 do you use the Motorola MotoROKR S9-HD for working out, if so have you notice any problems when you sweat. I plan to use them while walking and jogging.

thanks

Its not a working out headset. There are people who use it for that and it causes problems. The s10 is better suited but more expensive for working out. Lite sweat is fine.
