Bluetooth headset won't stay connected

Is there anything to do with why my headset or any other device for that matter won't stay connected?

Wi-fi can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth (especially the 2.4 GHz band). See what happens if you keep wi-fi off.

Yea i dont like to turn my wifi off only cuz i blow thru so much data (stream music/TV off my device) luckily I have wifi at work.
