Bluetooth issue after power button repair

This may belong on a different board, but I have a Verizon S4 so I'm starting here.

My power button switch failed over the weekend. I had it repaired at a cell phone repair shop and now my Bluetooth doesn't work. It won't turn on and if it does it won't connect to any paired devices. I took it back to the repair shop and they found no hardware reason for this issue. I realize it could be a software/app issue, but it seems fishy that it started after the repair. Any thoughts? The issue seems to be intermittently affecting my WiFi and texting. If I can't find an answer I'm looking at upgrading.

If your wi-fi is off, does Bluetooth connect successfully?

I got it to turn on and connect once when the WiFi was off, but otherwise. I think the antenna was damaged when the new power button was soldered on.

Wi-fi can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth. It might be more noticeable on phones that have wi-fi calling (which I assume yours doesn't, since it's a Verizon phone). For example, I've noticed that on my Nexus 6P on T-Mobile, Bluetooth connections seem to drop out when wi-fi calling is turned on.
