Bluetooth keeps stopping

Hello.I have a Tox1 tv box and suddenly this stupid message appears.Bluetooth keeps stoping.And i cant connect my bt devices.I tryied every solution found on internet,force close,clear bt's data,reset network settings,but same message appears.How to fix it please?It has Android Pie 9.0.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, this is probably a glitch in the firmware or a hardware failure. This would not be unusual for off-brand or no-name devices direct from China. Is there any manufacturer customer support you can contact?

I moved this to the Android TV forum for more specific traffic.
