Bluetooth or usb both not working help

[AC Question]

New Galaxy on5 great but. Can not get bluetooth or usb to work on my Also new win 10 (awful) laptop. I have been to Samsung UK site but can't see this model there SM-G5500. Seems like a driver for the usb but cant find anything. Laptop not even recognising the fact that its plugged in. Bluetooth says paired all seems fine but cannot transfer photos.
Any ideas thanks

Try downloading and installing Samsung Smart Switch. That should install the correct drivers for the phone and should fix the issue.
