Bluetooth screen keeps listing all previously unpaired Bluetooth devices on Android 4.2.2

Hi there.


I'm encountering a strage problem on Android 4.2.2 .

The Bluetooth screen keeps listing all previously paired Bluetooth devices.

I see the paired devices section that regularly shows all actually paired devices, then there's the unpaired devices section that shows all previously paired then unpaired devices.


This is causing a problem with a device I had to replace because the replacement has the same Bluetooth name of the replaced one and cannot be changed.

The Android device cannot be routed, but I can use ADB.


Can anybody suggest me how to clean this list?
