Bluetooth sound device, phone still makes noise.

Isn't it obvious to the Android developers that if a bluetooth sound device is active, the user wants ONLY the sound to go thru bluetooth?

Can you elaborate on that? When is that happening? It sounds more like a glitch than an intended feature.
