Bluetooth very slow since Redmi Mi 3 Android 10 update.

After upgrading my Mi A3 smartphone to Android 10, I find that it's very slow to connect to my bluetooth headset
Takes ages and sometimes the bluetooth just switches off and I have to start all over again!!!
Why???

Welcome to Android Central! Did you already try forgetting the headset, and then going through the pairing process again?
