Having come from the G1, Desire, Optimus 3D and Galaxy Nexus, I've always used bluetooth headphones when running, if I move my arm (phone strapped to it) or my head then the signal would drop.
This is with 3 different sets of headphones and 4 different phones. I came to the conclusion that bluetooth headphones still had some way to go.
This morning I used my Nexus 4 for the first time on a run (damn you runkeeper for not working on 4.2.1!!) and the audio was perfect the whole way. Once I got to work I did a bit more testing and I couldn't get the audio to drop at all!
Very impressed with it in comparison to the past 4 years of phones!
