BM-CCH-19 Error

Hi.. im new here.
Still cannot solve this problem.
Im from Mexico, using Telcel, brand new S5, stock firmware...
downloading free apps with no problem at all, 2 days ago, I decided try to download paid apps. playstore asked for my credit card number and other info, but when i click on the app to download i get this message:


error processing purchase bm-cch-19
go to google wallet etc..

first of all, i cannot creat an acount on google wallet because that app is not available here in Mexico.
So i cannot purchase nothing from playstore.
I´ve tried to erase my account and add again with no succes, clear cache and everything, doesnt work. what do u guys suggest.

Welcome to Android Central! The Google Wallet app might not be available in Mexico, but I assume you can still go to the Wallet website (wallet.google.com). You should be able to enter credit card information there, which should allow you to make subsequent purchases on Google Play.

no i cant.. when i click INSTALL NOW show nothing.

Don't click Install Now. Click on Sign In. That will take you to the Google Wallet webpage.

Are you able to create a Pay Pal account in Mexico?

If you are, once that is tied into your bank, you can go to the Play Store on the PC and then set it up to use that as your default purchase account.

that is how I have mine set up.

thats what i want, link to my pay pal account, but how can i do that?
im in google play from my pc, i dont find payment config.

So are you saying you can't sign in to Google Wallet on the web?
