Body of email stripped

I have a client that sends me frequent emails, however I only receive the subject line, her signature and an attachement of her business logo (embedded on my PC email). I can never get the body of her message. I can receive it on my PC email (thunderbird) and remotely through the internet (centurylink.net). I can forward her email from my PC or internet to my Verizon HTC Incredible (stock email client) and everything is there. I have no problems with any other emails from anyone else.
