Found this over at xda its a simple bootanimation swapper app.

i tried this and i get nothing it says no boot animation (OV) and i dont get it where it should be im on a0spcmod and kernel ! how do i change my boot animation?

push the download button and the downloadable animations are there.
Then hit the import button and select import. It will ask if you want to back up your current animation. Do that and then reboot. Should be the new one.

I also think you can import via the filemanager button on import screen but I havent tested it yet.

I feel like the default bootanimations for all custom roms should inform the user not to use the factory reset in the menus. You're going to have to try really hard to make that dirty, JerryScript. I'm not trying to discourage you. I actually want to see the dirty version of that

I had enough trouble just making it. I haven't used POVRay in years, and remembering how to translate, rotate, then retranslate all over again, and then incorporate all of those rotations into a single clock variable, it all has my head aching! I didn't even bother trying to remember how to use cloth-ray, which is why I didn't try for a real overcoat. Not too bad for a waste of an afternoon!

Knowing the internet, I'm sure someone will dirty it up for us though!

that is pretty awesome actually maybe our rom devs should start posting that image when releasing new roms. You can charge .0000000000000001 per use and be come rich in 100000 years .

Seriously tho that is awesome and I think it should be in every new and existing rom thread as a reminder.

hey i downloaded that boot anaimation apk. i dowloaded a boot up animation, i didnt like it because none of them fit my screen so i deleted it from my sd card, then uninstalled the apk, then the deleted the bootanimaiton folder from my sdcard.. i thought that would get rid of the the bootup animation but i guess not, i dont want it so how to i remove it?

yeah the whole charge was kinda joke. a play on how people think they will get rich off some theme or app and the such.
