it allows me to flash recoveries in odin but not roms although the recovers dont load just bootloop and if try to load my past beans 15 rom it says encryption failed :/

So you are able to get into download mode just fine? I would suggest this thread: [HOW-TO] Unbrick your soft bricked Galaxy S3 (+ bootloader brick) - xda-developers
It has helped me before and works like a charm. Good luck

Edit: Ahh nevermind. I saw that you just posted in that thread.
I suppose if that doesn't work for you, you can always just flash a stock image. That might save ya. I use the VRBLK3 image by XDA member Invisiblek and it has saved me a number of times.
Other than that, check your md5 sums on your unbrick files and make sure they are good downloads. That is the only way that I ever had an Odin fail. Bad downloads.

Okay, so to help you we need a little bit more information. So you sucessfully rooted your phone and unlocked the bootloader, did you also install a custom recovery?
You said that you also used Rom Manager to install CM10. What do you mean by Cyanogen mod boot mode? Do you mean that it displays the Cyanogenmod boot animation? Because if so that is supposed to happen, it's part of the custom rom.
What it really sounds like is you installed CM10 and didn't also flash the Gapps package. Which you need for the Rom to function properly. Either way, we need more information. Does the phone boot up to the home screen.
Also, FYI, don't use Rom Manager to flash roms. Use it to install custom recovery only. You should flash roms from your recovery.

I fixed the phone by flashing CM10 and the correct files. I'm new to this. Thanks for your help
