boots only into safe mode. Tried to unlock bootloader through htc meth and pwr but only works on "no

SPRINT HTC DESIGN 4G

I am beyond stuck. I tried to load an original ruu I keep getting the usb not detected error, I tried loading PH44IMG right through fastboot it'll load do noting and return to the safe mode menu

I even tried to bypass the PH44IMG.zip and install it straight through ADB shell and shell can't detect the device. BTW back on this bootloader crap it literally takes me to the screen with the htc disclamer and allows me to press yes/no but if I try to press yes I can press it all day and it does nothing.

I am stuck on this screen
