Bought Samsung S8 in August at Costco and have not received the $250 gift card yet.

I would never have signed up for the monthly plan if I knew it would take this long to receive my gift card. Does anyone know how to check on it? I will pay the phone off and go to the much less expensive prepaid side as soon as I receive it.

Although I'm UK based, my thoughts are these:

1 - Did you comply with all the purchase terms and conditions?

2 - Have you read the T & C's?

Although I cannot find a Samsung offer listed on the Costco website, there is an Apple offer. Big companies change the offers, but rarely change how they operate.

At the bottom of the page, there are instructions. Within 30 days of purchase you need to register for the gift card, and then allow up to 14 weeks. Did you register as instructed? And depending on when in August, you might be still a little early.

Regardless, your best course of action is perhaps to speak to Costco about it.

The rebate company is VERY slow. I did a promo which was well worth waiting for a couple of years ago, 800 dollars worth of gift cards for starting 3 lines of service with verizon, and buying 2 LG G4's.
The gift cards took 12 WEEKS.
