Boult Boost wireless headphone disconnecting and connecting randomly while Idle

I recently purchased a boult boost wireless headphone, it is pairing normally with my galaxy Note 9(One UI) however while I pause or stop my music or video, headset automatically disconnects and reconnect randomly everytime my phone goes Idle

Can you try with another phone see if its same issue?

From what distance? Bluetooth headphones are good to about 20 feet in open air, or the same room indoors. BT doesn't go through most walls well. And if the active one (one has the receiver, the other doesn't) has to go through your body to get to the phone, that's about 25-40 feet equivalent (depending on your body). Wearing it on your left ear with the phone on your right hip or in your right pocket will cause problems.
