Bricked device help!

So I have a HTC 3D Evo which was handed to me bricked by using the wrong software... It will not boot to bootloader and won't respond to most interactions with the device.
However when plugged in a notification says QHSUSB_DLOAD.
Any fixes?
I need to get this done asap.
