Brief or Detailed notifications

Are you using brief notifications or detailed and why? Interested in knowing what people think about this. I also noticed that detailed notifications will not pop up on the lock screen but brief notifications do. Am I doing something wrong or is this the way it is supposed to be on the Galaxy s21 series? Coming from a Pixel 3XL I annoyed having the screen wake up to show notifications. Detailed of course since Pixel did not have the brief notification option.

Exact same case here. Coming from the Pixel"s", i missing the screen ON when notification arrives. It works with "brief", but i hate the look of brief notification. I like the Detailed one, so i might have to download the app called Glance.
