Brightness is Low within Native Internet App

Hey guys... need help again, sorry.

So I just downloaded KitKat 4.4.2 and now when I click on Internet, the brightness goes dim..??? I checked my Brightness and it's to the max already and the Auto is not clicked. Though when I exit Internet, it's back to max bright, what is going on? I restarted my Note 2 and still the same. I checked my Settings>Display>Auto Adjust Screen Tone is un-checked.

Can anyone help me with this???

Before KitKat, I've always had my Power Saving Mode enable and it wouldn't cause my Internet to dim. Weird!?
