broken screen, missing barcode for ESN/MEID/IMEI.

im trying to get the ESN/MEID/IMEI from my phone so I can get the discount for a replacement. Insurance has been notified but the need this ESN/MEID/IMEI.

PROBLEM IS that ive already had the screen replaced once before, and in that process, they put a new back on the phone (or something, i dont know.) and the new back no longer has the barcodes listing the ESN/MEID/IMEI numbers.

So, is there a windows/linux/mac app that I can use to get the damn serial number via usb connection? or some other magical way? would verizon possibly have this info?

yes call Verizon or go to a Company Verizon Store and they should be able to look it up if it's on their network.

also if you installed the Lookout App the number will appear in Device Details on Lookout.com.

went to the Verizon Wireless website and unfortunately it only shows the ESN for the phone im currently using until I get my replacement. Someone told me to try Tinyumbrella, which turns out to be for iphones... Uhgh. I guess my only hope is to call Verizon and pray they have a record of the previous device, or if I can find some software similar to Tinyumbrella thats meant for Android devices. Anyone have any ideas?
